Please note that prices are shown for up to 6 persons (includes adults and children) for the use of the whole property for 1 week from 2pm Saturday to 10am Saturday.
We allow a maximum of 4 anglers on the lake, a group of 6 must consist of a minimum of 2 non fishers.
A cot is available on request and in advance for an infant, this can be in addition to the above 6 persons allowed.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UNLESS PREVIOUS AGREEMENT HAS BEEN GIVEN WE WILL NOT ALLOW MORE THEN 6 + 1 ENFANT IN A COT AT THE PROPERTY AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO THE PROPERTY
Welcome to Les Gravelles! We're happy to inform you that well-behaved dogs are welcome at our property. Please note that our grounds are not fully fenced, so if your dog enjoys roaming, you may want to consider other options. An additional charge of €25.00 will apply to cover extra cleaning, and we kindly ask that you bring only one dog group.
Reservations
Reservation can be made either by telephone or email - A deposit of £200 for a one week booking or £400 for a two week booking, will need to be paid within 7 days of receipt of the booking forms, reservations will not be held longer then 7 days without a deposit being paid unless previously agreed.
Security Deposits
Their is a fully refundable Security Deposit of £400 dependant upon the property being left in good order and no breakages, payable by bank transfer on or just before arrival.
Tourism Tax
This is paid by holidaymakers if the commune or area they are in has implemented it.
It applies to stays in hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs, campsites, caravan parks, etc. The tax will be added on to the guests’ bill at the end of the stay.
The rate is calculated per person, per night. The amount varies depending number and ages of guests and nights stayed.
The amount of the tourist tax must be made clear by the accommodation provider.
As this rate is at the time of your booking and is dependent upon guest numbers, ages and nights stayed, we will not ask you to pay this in advance as your trip details may change, instead we will make the relevant deduction from your security deposit before it is returned to you at the end of your stay.
